2. What data we collect

Data you give us directly, when you request the free diagnostic or contact us: name, email, phone number and the URL of your online store.

Data collected automatically while you browse: technical data such as IP address, device type and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).

3. How we use your data

• Delivering the diagnostic: we analyse the store you submit and send the report to your email. Legal basis: performance of the service you request.
• Commercial follow-up: we may contact you about your diagnostic results and our services. Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to people who request the diagnostic.
• Contact management: we store your details in our CRM to organise communication. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Measurement and advertising: we use the Meta Pixel to measure site and ad performance. Legal basis: consent.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing)
• Anthropic (automated store analysis to generate the diagnostic)
• Resend (sending the report emails)
• HubSpot (CRM where we store contacts)
• Meta (audience measurement and advertising)
• Google (business email)

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. In those cases, transfers rely on mechanisms recognised by the EU, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, only as needed for the purposes described or to meet legal obligations. If you request erasure, we delete the data we are not required to keep.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request at any time: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any right, write to pedro.amorim@digitalbellum.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD: www.cnpd.pt.

8. Cookies and measurement technologies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure visits and conversions and improve advertising. You can limit or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without these cookies.
